Windows 8.1 is Unwrapped With New Features, Return of Start Button And New Apps

How large of an upgrade is Windows 8.1? To put it simply: we just might need to evaluate the operating system once again. Microsoft only introduced the first significant update to Windows 8, and it brings changes to almost every part of the OS: the Start Menu, Windows Store, Lock Screen and onscreen keyboard. We witnessed this in leaked screenshots, Microsoft also enhanced native OS apps and brought some new additions, a stop watch is included and new calculator. In some cases, the modifications also changes the way you connect to the user interface.

Yes, that means the Start switch is straight back (sort of). You can now snap more than two windows into position, relying on your own monitor solution, and also change the width of those windows to ensure that it's not necessarily an 80 / 20 split. Moreover, Microsoft renewed the way integrated search works to ensure that it's now more of a general seearch function, offering up apps, files, adjustments options and internet suggestions.
