FCC Filing Possibly Reveals, The Upgraded Version of Google's Nexus Q Streaming Media Player

An upgrade to the Google Music app broke compatibility with the doomed Nexus Q but it seems Google might have a fresh media streamer waiting under wraps to substitute it. A current FCC filing provides some minor information on a mystical product referenced simply as "H840 Device." Google is said to be the product's maker, and it's referred to as a "fixed base station" with Wireless network. What's most mesterious, however, is the description of the  product's purpose: one of many documents states plainly that "The unit functions as a media player." Douglas Adams fans are likely to get a kick out from the device's model number, also. It's named simply as H2G2-42, undoubtedly a sly wink aimed at The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
