Microsoft’s Xbox One console launched in the US and some European markets on Friday, but some owners have been reporting disc drive issues. Most of the failures involve the inability to read discs and a loud knocking sound from the drive. Microsoft is aware of the issue and says it’s "affecting a very small number of Xbox One customers" worldwide. "We're working directly with those affected to get a replacement console to them as soon as possible through our advance exchange program," says a Microsoft spokesperson. "Rest assured, we are taking care of our customers."
