This is just in, BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) for iOS has just gone live on the App Store. Currently, it is only available in New Zealand App Store, but it shouldn’t be too long before the rollout on all the App Stores is complete. We’ll update the post when that happens.
Officially scheduled to launch for Android on Saturday, September 21st, and iOS on Sunday, September 22nd, the iOS version has gone live in the NZ App Store.
BBM for iPhone and Android features:
- Instant chat
- Chat and Share with many at once
- Share voice notes, photos, URLs
- Change your profile picture, update personal status – all on the go.
Support for BBM Channels, BBM Voice and BBM Video will be added in a future update.
