Now that Facebook has let media outlets try their hand at
embedded posts for a few weeks, it's opened up that door to the rest of us plebeians. Everyone, and yes we mean everyone, can now embed any public Facebook post, complete with images, links, text and hashtags, on to their own site. Your adoring readership may then "like" or hit follow on the source if they're so inclined. So hey, now anyone can serve as a guerrilla news source the next time
a major news organization goes offline. To see what an embedded post looks like, we've included one from our Engadget account after the break.
