Apple's eBook Case is Underway, Apple Claims That They Had to 'Fight' Publishers Unaware of Their Discussions



Quickly following the DOJ publicised court case vs Apple, and most of us were left thinking what Apple's strategies could be in guarding it self regarding a case that, on the surface, looked pretty simple, we have some answers now.
GigaOM states that Apple's lawyer Orin Snyder argued that the company’s position was not of a conspirator with publishers, Apple was on the other side of the table, driving hard negotiations against them and completely unaware of the discussions they were having between themselves …
