Dell's Latest Monitor Offering, The S2240T, Boasts a Full HD 21.5" Touch Screen Panel That Can Tilt on a 60-Degree Angle

Dell might currently have a 23-inch multi-touch display, but if you're searching for something a tiny bit smaller and affordable, then this might be good news for you. The organisation provided us with the details of a new model called S2240T, this is a 21.5" multitouch monitor carrying the exact same resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 resolution as the larger brother. 

Additionally it stands on a base that slides and that will pivot around sixty degrees, but unlike the other sibling this model has the ability to lay flat. 

Some of the other features are VGA, DVI, and HDMI outputs, along with a somewhat efficient power usage of  just 20W. 

The company is already selling the S2240T on their official website for $399.99, quite a slice off the price compared with the S2340T's $699.99 tag. If you want more information click on this link.

Dell Releases The XPS 18. A Monster of a PC That is Also a Tablet

There’s a new tablet in town, but it’s not quite what you’d expect. Meet the Dell XPS 18 All-in-One, a desktop computer with an 18.4-inch screen – that you can carry around, slate style!

Announced at the SXSW conference in Austin, Texas this week, the Dell XPS 18 takes more than a few cues from Asus’ insane all-in-one-slash-Android-tablet. Plonk it on your desk, and it acts as a regular Windows 8 machine with a touchscreen you can prod your way around, powered by an Intel Core low power processor.

Need to leave the study? No problem. You can simply pick the Dell XPS 18 up and carry it around away from the mains. It’s got a kickstand built in for both standing tall and shallow, and weighs just over two kilograms – not too shabby for something so large. It doesn’t boot into Android like Asus’ monster, but Windows is now finger friendly, so it’s no bad thing.
