The Last Minute Rumour is That Microsoft Will Unveil Augmented 3D Glasses For The Next Xbox at Todays Event

The time is close: Microsoft's newest Xbox unveiling commences at 6pm today evening, but we still have time for an eleventh hour leak, we have  just heard of a nice little rumour re-emerging from the depths, that you might like to know. This was initially mentioned in a leaked document a year ago, Microsoft said to be working on augmented reality 3D specs for the next console, and they might unveil them tomorrow during Microsoft's keynote. How about that?
The Wall Street Journal reports that company might be adding the 3D gaming glasses to the new console that they will be unveiling today. A couple of different people knowledgeable about the coming Xbox have stated that the 3D specs are set to compete against other 3D gaming glasses and will blend photos of the real world with those present within the game, this sounds nearly the same as your own personal IllumiRoom experience.

We have not seen a massive demand for 3D games on the Xbox 360 as a result of the total amount of power required to render twin HD images and also that some older Xbox 360's do not come with an HDMI port, however, many games have 3D support included, such as for instance Gears of War 3. The PS3, however, works twice as hard being on one side a 3D Blu-Ray player and has received many titles with 3D support, including Gran Turismo 5 and Batman: Arkham City. There is even a PlayStation branded 3D TV to make the most of its 3D abilities. The new tech is bound to take 3D to another dimension for the soon to be released Xbox, and might even go beyond what Sony did prior. If Microsoft introduce it at tomorrow's gathering, you can be assured we will tell you all about it here at EverythingTech.
We hope we got you more excited about Microsoft's Xbox reveal today. If they do release the 3D glasses the next Xbox will be fully loaded!
What do you think of they will announce tomorrow? Let us know in the comments bellow.
