Google to Release Google Now Through Chrome on The Desktop

We are familiar with Google's mobile search apps where we ask the questions as with real people, however the desktop has normally been quite frozen in that area.

That's about to change: Google is introducing chat like voice search to your PC's and Macs through Google Chrome, without any typing necessary. We will just have to say "okay, Google," ask our question, and in return we will get a verbal response similar to the experience on the  phones.

Google hasn't said precisely how soon Chrome will incorporate the newest voice features, however.
