Flickr's Website Overhaul Brings Many Needed Changes, Including a Massive One Terabyte For Every User

Yahoo had a couple of things to talk about throughout the New York City gathering yesterday, among them was a huge redesign of its photo sharing site, Flickr, which now includes a phenomenal one terabyte of free storage space to everyone, and a brand new mobile application. Could now be the right time to switch to Flickr?
Flickr's site overhaul puts an entire new focus on full res, full screen images, making them the core of the business in a similar to iPhoto photo stream on  landing page. The company is suggesting to users to upload numerous high resolution stills as they like by providing each and every user a massive  terabyte of space for storage free of charge, comparing that with the competition, you receive just 1GB on Google's Picassa, one thousand times less. Additionally, it now includes extensive sharing alternatives in the new website, which enable you to push photos directly to Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, as well as Pinterest if that is what you intend to do.
