From now on you
will no longer have to spend a pile of cash on a high speed camcorder, as well
as learn how to operate an editing suite, to produce a slow motion
footage. YouTube has added an automated editing feature that will turn any of your own videos right into a fake
high speed masterpiece.
While the outcome doesn't look as great as a proper
slow motion video, the intuitive editing option is most definitely in the right
spot for, amateur filmmaker in all of us. This feature is included in YouTube's
basic editing choices for video makers.
While it's not on the list of more
practical options, like stabilisation, splicing and cutting, there is a good
chance that it will make for a few funny videos. We didn't see any videos that
stood out utilising this new option just yet, but YouTube has some footage of
Times Square slowed right down to 1/8th of the original speed to show the
tool's capabilities, which we posted for you bellow.
