Apple Quietly Gives Siri New Powers to Answer Long Questions With Quotes

Apple has silently given Siri the capability to answer users with quotes, citing popular passages from important people like Thomas Jefferson and William Strunk.
First Discovered by iLounge, the quotes are employed when Siri is asked something that's excessively long, tactfully reminding an individual of the worthiness of brevity.

If Siri is given a lengthy request, He will now respond with one of a number of different quotes that advise the individual to shorten the question. For instance, one of the quotes from Thomas Jefferson reads, "The most valuable of all talents is that of never using two words when one will do."

Siri has a variety of different quotes in her repertoire, including at least one from the television show MASH from the 1970's.

It's unknown when Apple introduced the change to Siri, but a Reddit thread from a week ago seems to contain the initial known instance of the feature, suggesting that Siri's new ability was added within the past week or two.
