Microsoft surprised no one when it announced earlier this week that Master Chief would be returning in fall 2015 for Halo 5: Guardians. But you might not have to wait that long to get a Halo first-person shooter on Xbox One. A remastered suite of all the primary Halo games — Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4 — will come out this year, according to a new report. After a series of rumors and suggestions that Microsoft would re-release at least one of the older Halo titles on Xbox One, Engadget's sources say that all four will be released together under the title Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
