The unknown members from the Channel 4 News Team have reunited in this initial trailer for Anchorman 2, the follow up extremely successful film Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy that was released in 2004. Titled Anchorman: The Legend Continues, the movie is due to be released on the 20th of December.
Will Ferrell slips into the Ron Burgundy skin, and returns to his desk to report the news together with his misfit crew comprising of sports commentator Champ Kind (David Koechner), reporting in the field is Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and the weather is voiced by Brick Tamland (Steve Carell).
Although
it is not within the teaser trailer, Christina Applegate is returning to her
role as Veronica Corningstone, and Kristin Wiig will be
joining the gang as Tamland's other half.
Ron Burgundy,
made the sequel public news on Conan back in March of last
year.
